What you will do

• Design and optimize multi-channel collection workflows (digital, voice, doorstep) for residential and SME segments.
• Develop and refine Early Warning Systems to identify customers at risk of delinquency before payments are missed.
• Create credit risk policies and decisioning frameworks in collaboration with Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze and report on Cure Rates and Roll Rates to measure the effectiveness of collection interventions.
• Implement digitally enabled proactive customer service for customers in arrears.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategic narratives for ExCo-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing high-volume consumer or business debt portfolios.
• Knowledge of FCA, Ofcom, and Ofgem codes regarding the fair treatment of customers in financial difficulty.
• Deep understanding of the Collections Lifecycle and best practices for debt recovery.
• Proficiency in using data to segment customers by risk level for tailored treatments.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London hubs 2 days per week.
