What you will do

  • Lead the design and development of backend services and integrations for a large-scale fintech data platform.
  • Drive integration efforts between platform components and blockchain layers, including smart contract integrations.
  • Guide a team of engineers on implementation, engineering best practices, and code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver complex end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including C4 and UML artifacts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues across distributed systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Python as the primary language.
  • Strong software engineering background in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience building production AI/LLM applications, multi-agent workflows, and orchestration patterns.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and Weaviate.
  • Experience as a Technical/Team Lead with full ownership of delivery and technical decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LangChain, MCP tooling, and RAG patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and cloud-agnostic architecture.
  • Background in fintech, private markets, or blockchain fundamentals.
  • Experience designing AI agents for data validation and workflow automation.
