What you will do
- Lead business analysis activities for key regulatory and non-financial risk initiatives within the bank.
- Develop and manage BA approaches, plans, and deliverables, reporting progress and risks to Product Owners.
- Facilitate workshops and senior working groups to validate outcomes and provide strategic, enterprise-level input.
- Produce business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for policy, process, and digital change.
- Collaborate with architecture and Product Leads to develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) and solution options.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability and reporting to ensure documentation meets banking framework standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Risk Business Analyst delivering complex non-financial risk initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand banking regulations (APRA, ASIC, RBNZ, FMA, AUSTRAC).
- Proven experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives within an agile delivery environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Valid working rights for Australia are required.
