What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities for key regulatory and non-financial risk initiatives within the bank.
• Develop and manage BA approaches, plans, and deliverables, reporting progress and risks to Product Owners.
• Facilitate workshops and senior working groups to validate outcomes and provide strategic, enterprise-level input.
• Produce business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for policy, process, and digital change.
• Collaborate with architecture and Product Leads to develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) and solution options.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability and reporting to ensure documentation meets banking framework standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Risk Business Analyst delivering complex non-financial risk initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand banking regulations (APRA, ASIC, RBNZ, FMA, AUSTRAC).
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives within an agile delivery environment.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Valid working rights for Australia are required.
