What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the QE Modernization program to align with strategic goals.
• Drive the adoption of Playwright MCP and TypeScript as core automation technologies.
• Coordinate with AI experts and vendors to integrate AI-powered tools like Cursor into the test ecosystem.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define program scope and success metrics.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change management activities related to QA modernization.
• Provide regular program status updates and champion innovation in quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within Quality Engineering or software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Playwright MCP, TypeScript, and AI-driven testing tools.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Background in software development or test automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in finance, regulatory compliance, or related industries.
