Senior Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Define target customer segments and the ideal customer profile (ICP) for the hirify.global Anywhere product line.
• Develop and execute a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for customer-owned infrastructure.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure product design effectively addresses developer needs and improves functionality.
• Conduct competitive analysis across on-prem orchestration, hybrid cloud, and GPU management platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market enablement and launch plans.
• Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management owning complex, technical products.
• Experience working with developer platforms, infrastructure products, or DX-focused tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.
• Proven ability to define strategy in ambiguous environments and translate it into execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a professional software engineer building distributed systems.
