What you will do
- Own the strategic vision and day-to-day execution for a portfolio of enterprise partners.
- Lead executive-level growth conversations focused on expansion, performance, and profitability.
- Diagnose partner needs and co-create solutions that drive measurable results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, owning issue resolution and partner satisfaction end-to-end.
- Run quarterly business reviews to align on performance, insights, and forward plans.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing to remove roadblocks.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to build practical and creative solutions.
- Proven track record of high performance and sound judgment.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action.
- Work authorization and residency in the United States.
