What you will do

• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks aligned with internal construction delivery standards.
• Provide senior leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Manage the integrated master program schedule and oversee program-level financial performance and margin protection.
• Oversee site-based execution across multiple projects, ensuring effective sequencing and logistics.
• Lead program-level risk management and ensure compliance with quality systems and HSE standards.
• Act as the senior program authority for customers, contractors, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure programs.
• Proven experience in mission-critical or data center construction environments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and program control tools.
