Program Manager (Aerospace and Defense)

What you will do

• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, EAC, resource allocation, and schedules for multiple complex programs.
• Ensure customer alignment, manage satisfaction, and serve as single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks; define success criteria and controls.
• Lead program meetings, reviews with customers and executives; monitor data for improvements.
• Manage scope changes, support business development in proposals and opportunity capture.
• Oversee product requirements and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development, Program Management, or Operations
• Proven experience in Aerospace and Defense; leading multiple concurrent firm fixed price programs
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes
• Experience with export licenses for military products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership skills; some travel (up to 25%)
