What you will do

• Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders and oversee overall contract performance.
• Provide planning, coordination, staffing oversight, and rigorous quality control.
• Manage risks, issues, and performance metrics including KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee reporting cadence, including weekly, monthly, and executive briefings.
• Ensure delivery of cybersecurity services across SOC, NOC, engineering, and compliance functions.
• Maintain program management artifacts and ensure adherence to NIST, FISMA, and Zero Trust standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity or IT operations programs.
• Required Certifications: PMP, CISSP, and CCSP (or equivalent cybersecurity leadership certifications).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
