Risk Management Graduate (AI): Support the design, documentation and maintenance of AI risk and enablement frameworks with an accent on policy monitoring, regulatory compliance and governance. Focus on reviewing AI use cases, translating policies into practical guidance and contributing to senior briefings and decision papers.

Location: Hybrid (London, 40% of working time each week in the London office)

Salary: £35,200 per annum

What you will do

• Support design, documentation and maintenance of AI risk and enablement frameworks.
• Partner with policy owners to monitor Global AI Policy, track developments and update guidance.
• Translate AI policies and regulatory expectations into practical guidance for delivery teams.
• Review AI use cases and assessments, identifying risks, mitigations and escalations.
• Contribute to governance materials, briefings and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
• Use approved AI technologies for efficiencies in analysis and documentation.
• Stay informed on AI technologies, regulations and standards impacting risk practices.

Requirements

• Recently achieved or on track for minimum 2:2 degree in any subject.
• Ability to analyse and implement solutions.
• Presence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Clear writer able to simplify complex topics for non-specialists.
• Must be able to work hybrid in London office 40% of time.

• Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and responsible use of new technologies.
