What you will do

• Provide a comprehensive health and safety advisory service for both internal council and external clients.
• Facilitate the implementation of the health and safety management system framework and statutory requirements.
• Act as the lead on designated projects, research, and formal incident investigations.
• Develop and monitor management arrangements to ensure continued improvement in safety performance.
• Perform risk assessments and review accidents to implement preventative measures.
• Provide guidance, training, and direction to managers and senior leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of NEBOSH certificate.
• Currently working towards a Diploma level qualification in health and safety.
• Experience in conducting incident investigations and developing management arrangements.
• Proven ability to ensure organizational compliance with statutory health, safety, and welfare requirements.
• Must be located in or be able to work onsite in Romford, UK.
