What you will do

  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high-potential Account Development Representatives (ADRs).
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and training sessions to ensure the team exceeds quotas.
  • Implement and refine the GTM strategy for the EMEA market across the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Deploy outbound playbooks, including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences.
  • Oversee lead routing and SLAs to maintain gold-standard conversion benchmarks for incoming inquiries.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align regional campaigns and territory operations.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Account Development, SDR, or Sales.
  • Proven track record of overachieving pipeline targets in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • Experience in hiring and coaching entry-level sales talent.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM hygiene using Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • English: Fluency (C1) required.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent strategic/analytical background.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or French.
