What you will do
- Manage a team of 100-200 members across multiple lines of business.
- Report key operational data and metrics to the General Manager of the Business Unit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing process escalations from inception to resolution.
- Develop and implement customer strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead comprehensive people management, including hiring, performance appraisals, and staff development.
- Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 15+ years of experience in BPO/operations.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in US healthcare.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large teams or multiple accounts.
- Must be located in or able to work from Quezon City, Philippines.
- PHRN or USRN License is preferred.
