What you will do

• Manage a team of 100-200 members across multiple lines of business.
• Report key operational data and metrics to the General Manager of the Business Unit.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing process escalations from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement customer strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead comprehensive people management, including hiring, performance appraisals, and staff development.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of experience in BPO/operations.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in US healthcare.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large teams or multiple accounts.
• Must be located in or able to work from Quezon City, Philippines.
• PHRN or USRN License is preferred.
