Senior PS Consultant ( Cloud): Leading technical deployment and support of AI-powered experience orchestration platforms for strategic customers with an accent on solution architecture, telephony configuration, and third-party integrations. Focus on end-to-end implementation from discovery and scoping to go-live support and managed services for the LATAM region.

What you will do
- Act as a Tech Lead for Cloud product deployments for strategic customers, particularly in the LATAM region.
- Lead technical implementation phases: pre-sales scoping, discovery, requirements gathering, and design requirements.
- Configure base contact center settings, telephony (SIP Trunks, Edge devices), and develop call flows.
- Manage integrations with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow via Data Actions and SSO.
- Provide end-user training and support throughout Go-Live, Hyper Care, and Managed Services phases.
- Mentor junior resources and facilitate knowledge transfer on Product Base and Professional Services processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Contact Center technology and solution deployment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (fluent written and verbal communication) to conduct meetings and produce documentation.
- English proficiency is a must for professional business communication.
- Knowledge of HTTP requests, REST web services, and JSON.
- Experience with IP Telephony, including SIP, Audiocodes, and Cisco Gateways.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Cloud Implementation or Administration.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and networking fundamentals.
- Software development experience in Java, C#.NET, Python, or PHP.
