Focus on supporting clients, providing solutions to overcome issues, and optimizing system usage in the APAC/EMEA region.

Location: Manila, Philippines. Flexible between APAC and EMEA shift. Hybrid working arrangement (2x/week).

What you will do

• Act as the key contact for clients regarding production support and manage the relationship, building and maintaining a network at various levels within the client organization.
• Examine challenges and concerns arising in the solutions and system operations of hirify.global services within clients' production environments, delivering effective and prompt resolutions within established SLAs.
• Assist client users with configuration updates and improvements by sharing insights related to the effective use of hirify.global services.
• Cooperate closely with other professionals within hirify.global on a global level to share knowledge and ensure efficient solutions for the client.
• Act as a coach or mentor and review the work of others, influencing general practices and procedures within own field.
• Work on APAC/EMEA shifts, with occasional weekend/public holiday work and extended hours required.

Requirements

• A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science and knowledge in financial issues.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management, or custodian roles.
• Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Committed to finding solutions, with a drive for service, results-oriented, and skilled at handling various tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills including listening skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
