TL;DR

Senior Service Delivery Consultant (Fintech): Delivering and supporting SimCorp Dimension SaaS services to financial clients with an accent on client relationship management, production support, and service optimization. Focus on providing solutions across APAC and EMEA regions, coaching junior consultants, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Location: Manila with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Act as the key contact for clients regarding production support and manage client relationships.
• Build and maintain networks at multiple client levels, including management, to foster long-term partnerships.
• Analyze and resolve issues in SimCorp services within client production environments across APAC and EMEA.
• Assist clients with configuration updates and promote innovative use of SimCorp services.
• Collaborate globally with SimCorp specialists to ensure efficient client solutions.
• Coach and mentor less experienced consultants and influence best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Manila with hybrid work (2 days onsite per week).
• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science with knowledge of financial issues.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management, funds management, or custodian roles.
• Experience supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Strong multitasking, client communication, and presentation skills.
• English fluency (spoken and written) is required.
