Senior Service Delivery Consultant (FinTech): Delivering and supporting hirify.global Dimension services for financial clients with an accent on production support, client relationship management, and issue resolution within established SLAs. Location: Hybrid working arrangement (2x/week) in Manila. Requires working on APAC/EMEA shifts, including occasional weekend/public holiday work and extended hours.

What you will do
- Serve as the key contact for clients regarding production support and manage client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel at various levels, including management.
- Examine and resolve challenges in hirify.global services within client production environments, ensuring prompt resolutions within SLAs.
- Assist client users with configuration updates and improvements, sharing insights for effective system use.
- Collaborate globally with hirify.global professionals to share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions.
- Act as a coach and mentor, reviewing work of less experienced consultants and influencing practices.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science with knowledge of financial issues.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management, or custodian.
- Experience in operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
- Strong prioritization skills and commitment to finding solutions.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work APAC/EMEA shifts, including occasional weekends/public holidays and extended hours.
