Location: New York, NY, United States. Travel required 40% of the time within North America.

Salary: $170,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting (cash flow, balance sheet, income statement) for private companies.
• Conduct valuation, market, and competitive analysis, including preferred equity structures and unit economics.
• Prepare and present comprehensive investment committee memos and investment theses.
• Manage investments through quarterly valuations, capital needs assessment, and board service.
• Research and develop expertise in enterprise technology trends and business models.
• Mentor analysts and other junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Investment Banking or a related role.
• Experience executing mid and large cap sellside and buyside transactions (enterprise value of $500 million+).
• Proficiency in developing integrated financial models, including accounting adjustments, equity, and LBO transaction models.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, CFOs, and finance teams of companies with enterprise value of $1 billion+.
• Expertise using Bloomberg Terminals and Thomson Reuters Eikon for financial analysis and benchmarking.
