What you will do

• Manage a team of Fund Accountants and provide full-range administration services, including NAV preparation and review.
• Review and approve fee schedules, management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery and NAV completion.
• Manage AML requirements and respond to client queries.
• Prepare and review audited financial statements, annual audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop fund-specific procedures and identify technological improvements for the NAV process.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in fund administration within Private Equity.
• Proven experience managing staff.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of fund structures and financial instruments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tampa, FL office.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software: Geneva, Investran, Yardi, or working knowledge of Bloomberg.
• Professional accounting designation such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
