What you will do

• Develop and direct the creation of detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
• Analyze historical and projected financial information to support transaction and portfolio valuations.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and utilize platforms like Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients and ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, taking ownership of their work products.
• Participate in business development activities and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of prior valuation work experience, preferably at a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Experience leading the development of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar certification.
• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) or Monte Carlo simulation.
