What you will do

  • Lead technical customer success initiatives and manage a team of Technical Account Managers in a player/coach capacity.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic and complex accounts to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Advocate for customer needs by gathering feedback and communicating insights to product management and development teams.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure value realization and mitigate technical risks.
  • Monitor performance using PowerBI and Salesforce, tracking KPIs tied to the TAM team.
  • Interview and identify new talent for the Technical Account Management team.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Miami, FL
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or TAM).
  • Strong technical expertise in software applications, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Previous people management experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
