What you will do

• Process customer invoices and maintain proactive communication regarding transactions and payment delays.
• Monitor overdue accounts and execute debt collection strategies to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Collaborate with Customer Service, E-Payments, IT, and ERP teams to streamline accounting processes.
• Perform account clearings, manage open items, and maintain accurate customer payment information.
• Validate receivables and make decisions on payment deferrals and credit processing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable within international B2B/B2C finance operations.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Technical proficiency in financial and accounting systems.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder relationship management.
