What you will do

• Lead the development, placement, and ongoing management of all corporate insurance policies.
• Assess risks across global assets and operations, specifically focusing on data center infrastructure.
• Manage relationships and act as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers, insurers, and external advisors.
• Map and manage insurance requirements across all jurisdictions in which the company operates.
• Review and ensure compliance with insurance-related provisions in customer and key vendor contracts.
• Oversee and resolve insurance claims processes effectively and timely.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a senior or lead insurance manager within a multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in structuring and managing complex global insurance programs.
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands or Israel.
• Deep understanding of international insurance markets, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border risk.
• Strong knowledge of contractual risk transfer and insurance requirements.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, technology, or data center environments is highly preferred.
