What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of account executives to achieve overall quotas and grow ' consumption.
- Establish company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and investment capacity requirements.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and report on strategic GTM programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the full revenue and customer success process.
- Develop trust-based relationships with strategic customers and partners in the Public Sector.
- Inspire a culture of teamwork focused on delivering value and desired customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams serving Named and Strategic customers within the Public Sector space.
- History of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies.
- Proficiency in methodology-based sales coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality.
- Experience in value-based sales with C-suite and IT stakeholders.
- Extended executive relationship network with key Public Sector customers.
