What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of account executives to achieve overall quotas and grow hirify.global' consumption.
  • Establish company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and investment capacity requirements.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and report on strategic GTM programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the full revenue and customer success process.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with strategic customers and partners in the Public Sector.
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork focused on delivering value and desired customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams serving Named and Strategic customers within the Public Sector space.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies.
  • Proficiency in methodology-based sales coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality.
  • Experience in value-based sales with C-suite and IT stakeholders.
  • Extended executive relationship network with key Public Sector customers.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of the partner ecosystem to help scale strategic territories.
  • Success implementing strategies for consumption and commitment-based sales revenue models.
