What you’ll do:
• Develop influencer and content strategy from client objectives
• Own campaigns end-to-end across multiple accounts
• Lead day-to-day client relationships – pitching, pushing back, strategizing
• Drive creator discovery and selection with strategic rationale
• Approve content for quality, compliance, and brand fit
• Optimize creator mix and formats against awareness, traffic, and conversion goals
• Keep Airtable client-ready for your accounts
• Mentor Mid-level and Junior Managers (no formal direct reports)
• Partner with leadership on best practices and surface risks early

What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years in influencer marketing with a strong campaign track record (agency background is preferred)
• Ability to translate client briefs into strategy, creative direction, and execution plans
• Experience with Airtable, Notion, ClickUp (or similar)
• Strong written and spoken English (C2)
• Experience confidently leading client calls & pitching strategy (US market)
• Experience mentoring mid-level and junior specialists
