What you will do

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for digital pathology systems, ensuring minimal downtime and regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison between field operations and business units, sharing product trends and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers.
• Lead escalation resolutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute field insights to continuous product and process improvements.
• Mentor team members and maintain professional customer relationships.

Requirements

• Associate degree in technical field + 3+ years field service engineering or technical support
• 1+ year delivering technical training
• Strong knowledge of diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of digital pathology or similar imaging systems
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel up to 70% domestically
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk extended periods, handle equipment
• Strong communication skills for customers and stakeholders
