Salary: Czech Republic: CZK 589,000 – 813,500 per year, Spain: €30,000 – €35,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end handling of payment disputes, including case review, evidence preparation, and submission.
- Maintain dispute queues according to card scheme timelines and compliance standards.
- Communicate with merchants to request supporting documentation and provide timely case updates.
- Identify potential risks, recurring issues, and process gaps during daily case handling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PayOps, Fraud Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to reporting and SOP updates to improve prevention strategies and workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in payments, chargebacks, fraud operations, or customer operations.
- Working knowledge of Visa and Mastercard dispute stages, evidence requirements, and deadlines.
- Confidence using PSP portals and internal dispute tooling in a high-volume environment.
- Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic or Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or other analysis tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools to summarize cases, draft communications, or analyze trends.
