What you will do

• Lead multiple agile product development teams, including developers, technical leads, and quality assurance professionals.
• Drive the execution of product initiatives, prioritizing quality, security, and resilience to meet organizational goals.
• Manage platform upgrades, migrations, and application re-architecture following industry best practices.
• Coordinate with Tier 3/4 support teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve technical inquiries.
• Manage personnel leadership, including team engagement and year-end performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and support functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing software engineering teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, SQL, Snowflake, React, Angular, and Azure.
• Strong familiarity with AI-driven development and MACH architecture.
• Proven experience in managing scrum teams and leading products from conception to delivery.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency required for daily communication.

• Advanced certifications in project management or cloud technologies.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a global setting.
