What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership to 8 agile teams across multiple geographical locations, promoting a culture of technical excellence.
- Align engineering priorities with product strategy to deliver business-critical initiatives and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with architecture and product management to shape long-term engineering strategies and maintain technical direction.
- Oversee the health and evolution of reporting products, including data warehousing and client communications solutions.
- Manage infrastructure costs and optimize cloud services, specifically Azure.
- Handle high-level customer incidents and execute executive strategies across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading leaders of cross-functional teams within enterprise solutions.
- Extensive technical expertise in data warehousing and reporting platforms such as Snowflake.
- Deep knowledge of dimensional and semantic data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and query performance tuning.
- Experience integrating AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) into the SDLC.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD, security, testing methodologies, and software architecture.
- Must be based in Copenhagen or able to work within a hybrid model in this location.
