What you will do

• Independently develop high-quality medical content aligned with client strategic plans.
• Translate complex clinical data into compelling content for diverse medical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and project management to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients as a scientific and strategic expert.
• Mentor junior writers and establish processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to the pitch process and develop new business proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific, medical, or life sciences field.
• Proven experience working in a healthcare communications agency environment.
• Ability to create high-quality medical and scientific content for a variety of audiences.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for digital, online, and omnichannel outputs.
• Proven track record as a therapy area expert.
• Experience in reviewing colleagues' medical writing and coaching others.
