What you will do

• Shape the voice and editorial direction of GQ across all US platforms to drive a cohesive brand presence.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end editorial process across print, digital, and video platforms.
• Manage and mentor a senior editorial team, overseeing hiring, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Develop scalable content franchises and tentpole moments, including the annual Men of the Year events.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align US content with international priorities and initiatives.
• Partner with editorial operations to optimize workflows, staffing, and content budgets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior editorial experience, preferably within a multi-platform media organization.
• Proven leadership overseeing print, digital, and video editorial operations.
• Deep understanding of audience development, digital publishing, and video strategy.
• Experience managing large teams and complex production workflows.
• Strong editorial judgment and a sharp sensibility rooted in culture and storytelling.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
