Salary: $139,600 - $214,100 USD

What you will do
- Identify and report original stories across innovation, design, culture, and business priorities.
- Set the editorial standard for company narratives as the most senior writer on the team.
- Partner with the Chief Communications Officer to translate strategic priorities into clear storytelling.
- Create content supporting executive messaging for both internal and external channels.
- Manage and scale content output through freelance writers and creative partners.
- Guide leaders and teams across the organization to improve their storytelling capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in journalism, reporting, or editorial roles within a newsroom or media organization.
- Proven track record of producing original reporting rather than editing or repackaging existing content.
- Experience covering business strategy, product innovation, or design.
- Ability to work directly with senior executives to shape high-stakes messaging.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Needham, MA or New York City.
