TL;DR

Recruitment Specialist (HR): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the Americas region with an accent on strategic sourcing and stakeholder partnership. Focus on translating business needs into recruitment strategies and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a global environment.

Location: Hybrid in Monte Mor, Brazil (expected in office 3 days a week). No visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to influence hiring decisions aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into effective recruitment strategies using global guidelines and local market knowledge.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer and onboarding readiness.
  • Design and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment activities.
  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain recruitment systems and collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition community.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment exposure.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience in global or multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
  • Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
