What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services enabling external partners to integrate with the hirify.global platform.
• Design and develop secure and reliable APIs for system communication.
• Develop highly available, scalable systems to support high volumes of activity.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and the evolution of the B2B platform.
• Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, platform, infra, QA) for cohesive delivery.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience building backend systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (T-SQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Ability to work from the Sunderland HQ on a hybrid basis.
