What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using enterprise tools to transform business processes.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to define and validate requirements for maximum business benefit.
• Engage senior stakeholders to influence the feasibility and prioritization of automation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to insurance change teams on automation best practices.
• Integrate emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to automation governance, change control standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Blue Prism, Liberty Create, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong technical skills in SQL (Transact-SQL, DB2) and VBA.
• Experience supporting a production digital workforce in high-availability environments.
• Delivery experience within Agile and/or DevOps frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Must be based in the UK or have the right to work in the UK to support the hybrid model in Hove

Nice to have

• Blue Prism Induction or ROM Architect certification.
• Liberty Create Level 2 (Advanced) certification.
• Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
