What you will do

• Provide technical support for embedded software activities, including reviews, output verification, configuration control, and acceptance of software deliverables.
• Perform functional verification and validation at spacecraft, subsystem, and unit levels.
• Support software integration, verification of onboard software interactions, and anomaly investigations.
• Act as the software technical focal point for system, AIT, PA, customer, and supplier teams.
• Participate in project reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Experience with satellite projects, preferably in subsystem or system engineering during phases C/D/E.
• Understanding of modern software engineering methods and tools, including software verification and validation, model-based system and software engineering, code generation, and agile development.
• Experience with software development projects and spacecraft or payload software integration and validation.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Confident written and spoken English; applications may be submitted in German or English.
