What you will do
- Drive commercial growth of retail partners using data-driven performance insights and consultation.
- Oversee a portfolio of retail partners to ensure value creation for partners, customers, and couriers.
- Identify performance opportunities and implement tailored promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, conducting regular business reviews and supporting expansion.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and optimize partner performance within a growing market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, Sales, or related roles.
- Fluency in both Albanian and English.
- Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement).
- Strong analytical and numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and structured process implementation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a high sense of ownership and ambition.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.
