What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth of retail partners using data-driven performance insights and consultation.
  • Oversee a portfolio of retail partners to ensure value creation for partners, customers, and couriers.
  • Identify performance opportunities and implement tailored promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, conducting regular business reviews and supporting expansion.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and optimize partner performance within a growing market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, Sales, or related roles.
  • Fluency in both Albanian and English.
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement).
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management and structured process implementation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a high sense of ownership and ambition.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.
