What you will do

• Advise the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities legal team on mortgages, CMBS, receivables financing, repackaging, asset-backed securities, and CLO businesses.
• Support the structuring and execution of transactions across their full lifecycle.
• Assess related regulatory, legal, and reputational issues.
• Work with trading, structuring, investment banking, compliance, internal audit, and operations stakeholders.
• Provide clear legal guidance on complex financial transactions and requirements.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant post-qualification experience at a comparable institution or well-regarded law firm.
• Experience advising on structured finance transactions across multiple asset classes.
• Familiarity with the EU and UK Securitisation Regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to prioritise effectively, act proactively, respond to client demands promptly, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
