What you will do
- Manage deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 30-40 B2B SaaS accounts from pre-sales through renewal.
- Lead implementation planning, including scoping, kickoff meetings, use case alignment, and coordination of delivery teams.
- Monitor portfolio health via AI-augmented signals to proactively drive adoption and deepen stakeholder engagement.
- Develop success plans and deliver executive business reviews that connect platform usage to measurable business impact.
- Partner with Account Executives to build value stories, coach champions, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by channeling product feedback and market needs to internal product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience leading enterprise software deployments focusing on change management and data governance.
- Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to co-own renewals and contribute to expansion pipelines alongside sales teams.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Expert-level project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders from data engineers to C-level executives.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with digital analytics, product analytics, or experimentation platforms.
- Background in consulting, solutions delivery, or implementation.
- Experience using as a practitioner.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
