What you will do

• Build and refine internal AI assistants and knowledge bases using prompt design and performance analysis.
• Create and translate content to support client communications.
• Optimize workflows, reports, and dashboards within HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking for performance monitoring.
• Support the management and improvement of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the maintenance and updates of the team's internal website.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and data handling.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
