What you will do
- Manage and resolve technical incidents and monitor automatic notifications.
- Perform environment monitoring, log reviews, and SQL queries.
- Configure tools and implement integrations with other systems based on client needs.
- Manage authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, SSO) and licenses.
- Conduct meetings with clients to provide technical clarifications on integration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ENS security policies.
Requirements
- Advanced Vocational Training in IT or similar experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (ideal).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Ability to handle remote connections to client servers.
- Strong pragmatism, ownership, and effective communication skills.
