What you will do

• Support hosts in managing their properties across various channels, including Booking.com and Airbnb.
• Assist guests with booking management via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve problems in the booking process.
• Act as the voice of the customer, transferring requirements and issues to the product team.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management to develop the homeowner and guest experience.

Requirements

• Near-native German and good English skills.
• Must be based in Málaga, Spain (Hybrid setup with 50%+ in-office time).
• Willingness to work on weekends (balanced with weekdays or additional holidays).
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Initial experience in customer service or the hotel industry.
