What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 15 members across various countries.
• Oversee daily operations for processing and digitalizing motor vehicle accident and expert reports.
• Monitor team performance using KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality interactions and accuracy.
• Provide targeted coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve problems and drive product enhancements.
• Review and streamline data support processes to increase overall productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of total work experience with 1-2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Very good command of German and English (both spoken and written).
• Proven track record of delivering against SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and preparing management reports.
