What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of AI-driven automation solutions across the organization.
• Architect end-to-end solutions for platforms including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, HALO PSA, NinjaOne, and OpManager.
• Define and enforce robust software development lifecycles (SDLCs) for AI and automation initiatives.
• Develop proof of concepts and reference architectures to validate technical design decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation-first and AI-enabled solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI strategy and practical adoption.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering AI and automation solutions within an MSP or complex service-led environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Development and integration experience with C#, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Must be able to work from the Birmingham or Bolton office.
