What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-leverage AI opportunities by analyzing business workflows and pain points across various departments.
• Design and deploy AI automation solutions using tools like n8n, Tray.io, Workato, and direct LLM APIs.
• Integrate AI solutions with corporate systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
• Lead internal enablement through training, workshops, and office hours to increase AI literacy.
• Establish standards for reusable patterns, data privacy, PII minimisation, and security guardrails.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, applied AI engineering, or a hybrid solutions role.
• Fluency in low-code platforms (n8n, Zapier, etc.) and agentic patterns using LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for building REST and webhook integrations and working with CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of SaaS tools used in modern businesses, such as ERP and CRM systems.
• Must be based in London and have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic patterns such as MCP, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience working in a scale-up or fast-moving SaaS environment.
• Experience partnering with operational, commercial, or corporate functions.
