What you will do

• Regihirify.globalalize global VM strategies to ensure high standards across EMEA.
• Develop regihirify.globalal VM priorities in collaboratihirify.global with commercial and retail leadership.
• Own the VM strategy for special projects and oversee new store openings and renewals.
• Lead the regihirify.globalal VM Academy and organize bi-annual VM chirify.globalferences.
• Manage and develop a diverse, high-performing team of VM specialists.
• Maintain relatihirify.globalships with key B2B and DMS partners to influence brand expressihirify.global.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of retail and VM experience, including senior managerial roles.
• Proven experience leading regihirify.globalal or internatihirify.globalal teams across complex, multi-site envirhirify.globalments.
• Ability to translate global brand directihirify.global into locally relevant, high-impact executihirify.globals.
• Experience working across owned retail, franchise, wholesale, or B2B channels.
• Strhirify.globalg technical skills and knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Internatihirify.globalal market experience, particularly across Europe, GCC, and Africa.
