What you will do

• Support the promotional calendar and execute three major annual campaigns to drive DTC revenue and user acquisition.
• Facilitate the transition from legacy platforms to a scalable e-commerce system to enhance user experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high platform performance and adherence to regional compliance standards.
• Optimize the digital consumer journey from discovery to post-purchase to improve UX/UI and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and merchandising activities.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or e-commerce role.
• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are considered a plus.
• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across different cultures and leadership styles.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data reporting.
