What you will do

• Deploy and maintain high-availability, scalable systems and applications within the Infrastructure & Engineering team.
• Provide Linux support, exception handling, and mentoring for operational and development teams.
• Design, deploy, and improve storage systems (OpenZFS, CEPH) for DTAP environments.
• Define, improve, and implement internal technical processes and standards.
• Manage tools across their entire lifecycle, including documentation and version control.
• Facilitate Agile work streams for technical teams and collaborate across departments.

Requirements

• Expertise in provisioning techniques such as Puppet and Ansible.
• Proficiency with Linux servers (Ubuntu, FreeBSD) and virtualization/orchestration (QEMU, Libvirt).
• Experience with container management and deployment using Kubernetes and Rancher.
• Knowledge of distributed storage (OpenZFS, CEPH) and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ETCD, InfluxDB).
• Ability to automate via Bash or Python and manage monitoring systems like Icinga and Grafana.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with physical and software-defined networking techniques.
