What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to perform technical discovery and qualify prospects' Kubernetes challenges and business objectives.
• Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) specifically for the PerfectScale platform.
• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations to showcase capabilities and address specific customer use cases.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to articulate tangible cost savings and performance improvements.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PerfectScale to ensure seamless implementation and optimal results.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences through technical presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep and demonstrable understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with cloud observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Proven ability to analyze product data to construct compelling business cases and ROI justifications.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for both technical and executive-level audiences.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Netherlands, or Eastern Europe.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional.
• History of success in a fast-paced, scaling business within the cloud or Kubernetes management domain.
