What you will do

• Support the BES Support team with weekly, monthly, and annual financial deliverables.
• Perform general ledger detailed variance analysis and payroll data reconciliation to support forecast updates.
• Prepare annual budgets and produce monthly financial reports for internal customers.
• Run standardized and ad hoc reporting using Oracle and Hyperion systems.
• Document financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance and recommend flow improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as required throughout the year.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.
• Must have prior experience working in a Manila-based BPO or Shared Services as a staff, business, or senior financial analyst.
• Proficiency in variance analysis, data mining, and month-end close procedures.
• Firm understanding of CAPEX versus OPEX.
• Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup, hlookup, pivot tables, and complex nested statements.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion systems.
