Financial Analyst II (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support monthly and annual planning processes using Hyperion, Oracle, and related financial applications.
• Prepare recurring management reports and perform ad hoc analysis on labor costs and workforce metrics.
• Analyze labor cost and headcount movements to identify and research variances across systems and budgets.
• Summarize key drivers, risks, and changes in operating results for Finance and partners.
• Maintain, standardize, and enhance reporting models, files, and planning tools.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects to increase reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience analyzing large amounts of information and variances to budget and forecast.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView.
