Location: Manila or Warsaw (Hybrid, 2x RTO per week). Must be able to work in the EMEA time zone.

What you will do

• Perform financial controlling and analysis of monthly payroll data to identify trends and cost management opportunities.
• Analyze the financial impact of various bonus models, including performance-based incentives and commission structures.
• Manage payroll-related expenses in financial reports and assist in budget forecasting for payroll costs.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and variance analysis to explain deviations from the budget.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes and ensure tax regulation compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably specializing in payroll controlling.
• Profound knowledge of IFRS regarding payroll accounting (provisions for bonuses, share-based compensation, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with HR and Finance departments for process improvement and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or SAP/SAC.
